Payment Policy

We accept payments through available online payment methods, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other supported payment options.

All payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

An order will be confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded as per the payment gateway/bank processing timelines.

SAAGA RETAIL VENTURE does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN on its servers.

In case of an approved refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order in case of suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
