Returns/refunds are available only for Wrong or Defective/Damaged Products.

A 360° complete opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Without a valid unboxing video, the return/refund claim will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, fragrance preference, or personal reasons.
